Program Attendee Information

All Belong Symposium Attendees: 

Thank you for registering for the All Belong symposium on Saturday, November 2 at Madonna University for the Archdiocese of Detroit.  We have a comprehensive program planned and are looking forward to your participation.  Logistics and event details are provided below:

  •  Date and Time: Saturday, November 2, 2019, 7:30 am – 1:30 pm. Mass will begin at 7:30 am in the Madonna University Chapel.  The main program will begin at 9:00 am in Kresge Hall. 
  • Location: The symposium will be held at: Madonna University, 36600 Schoolcraft Rd, Livonia, MI 48150

  • Directions: Madonna University is on the corner of Schoolcraft and Levan Roads in Livonia.  Here is a Google maps link:  https://goo.gl/maps/SugyrdgiS2zcChPM6 
  • Parking: Please park near the entrance to Kresge Hall. When you arrive on the Madonna campus look for signs for Kresge Hall.  We will have volunteers throughout the campus in gold colored shirts to help direct you.
  • Mass: Mass will be held at 7:30 am in the Madonna Chapel. Those attending Mass should arrive at Kresge Hall by 7:15 am for check in.  Our volunteers in gold shirts will direct you to the Madonna Chapel for Mass and guide you back to Kresge Hall for the subsequent sessions.
  • Event Registration and check-in: Registration and check in will be outside Kresge Hall beginning at 7:15 am.  Once you are checked in you will receive a name badge, and a packet of information. 
  • Food and Refreshments: We will provide snacks and refreshments before and during planned breaks in the program.  There will not be a full breakfast or lunch.  If you have a food allergy or other special diet requirements not indicated on your registration, please let us know by emailing promzek@yahoo.com

  • Physical Accommodations: If you require any accommodations, or special assistance not indicated on your registration, please let us know by emailing promzek@yahoo.com.  The Madonna campus is fully accessible and our volunteers (in gold shirts) can direct you to handicap ramps, entrances, and elevators.
  • Directions when on Campus: We will have volunteers, wearing gold “All Belong Volunteer” shirts to provide directions and assistance when on campus.
